How it works
A digital service for discovering homes and placing bids. Arrange the stay directly with the host.
Join from €5, paid once. Higher amounts get priority in the initial review queue. Hosts register separately.
From opening: €23/month or a €99 event pass paid once. Unlock prices, addresses and bidding.
A winning bid opens contact. Agree dates, final price and payment directly. Winning does not confirm accommodation.
Before you make plans
Traveller access opens on 1 December 2026. Until then, new waitlist registrations require a one-time payment from €5 for directory development and requirements review. Hosts can register now.
We will review whether your request is complete, your preferred area and next steps by 30 November 2026. If we miss that deadline, we refund the full payment. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw. Payment does not include accommodation or credit towards later access; earlier free registrations remain valid.
A higher amount gives priority in the initial requirements-review queue. We sort by confirmed net payment, highest first; ties use the earliest confirmed payment. It does not change bid ranking, listing access or guarantee a stay.
From opening, €23/month or a €99 event pass paid once. Both unlock prices, addresses and bidding. The pass ends on 9 August 2027 and does not renew. Monthly renewal can be cancelled and ends no later than that date.
No. You pay for the digital service. Accommodation is agreed and paid directly with the host. Access does not guarantee a winning bid or a stay.
Contact with the host opens. You agree the dates, final price, cancellations and payment directly. Winning does not form an accommodation contract. Bidding closes at 00:00 CEST on 2 July 2027.
We invite proposals in Spain, Gibraltar, Tangier, Oran, Sfax, Benghazi and Luxor, with registration in Spanish and Arabic. These are recruitment destinations, not confirmed accommodation availability. Check whether the exact address is inside the path of totality.
Yes: an overnight stay, a viewing-only space without an overnight stay, or both. State what your proposal includes, access dates and hours, capacity and sightlines. Proposals are private and are not published automatically. Start with a private draft and complete the property requirements before publishing. Publication is free through 30 November 2026, then €100 once per listing. There is no accommodation commission.
Plan to arrive by Sunday 1 August 2027. Check the timing for your destination and choose an accessible viewing spot with a clear sightline.
We’re bringing together welcoming hosts and travellers coming for the total eclipse on 2 August 2027. Tell us where you would like to spend the night and what would make your stay comfortable.
From €5, paid once
Your payment funds initial directory development and a review of your request before 1 December 2026. You can choose a higher amount, up to €500: higher payments come first in the review queue; equal amounts are ordered by confirmed payment time.
Accommodation and bidding priority are not included. Platform access from 1 December costs extra: €23/month or €99 paid once. Paying more does not guarantee a stay. Terms and refunds.
